Santorini Park @ Cha Am (Hua Hin), Thailand

Huahin Thailand

The Santorini Park in Cha Am is a 40 minutes drive away from Hua Hin. It’s an amusement park where shopping, food and art are integrated.  The park’s architecture resembles the white washed buildings of Santorini in Greece with a dash of contrasting vibrant colors like blue, green and purple.

It was pretty gloomy when we visited the park but the addition of the blue sashes lit up the place almost mimicking a cheery blue sky.

The park isn’t very big but with the small alleys within, it does create a bit of  labyrinth effect, urging you to explore more.
Every corner is photogenic and filled with surprises like murals,

musical sheets,

charming plants,

and artsy fountains and sculptures.

The shopping experience is rather peculiar because it’s not everyday you get to see Adidas or Clarks retailing their things in white, immaculate villas! You’ll find a good mix of international and local brands within the park.

If I’m not wrong there’s bus from Don Mueng airport to HuaHin. You can rent a bike for rm20/day.Its easy to get around in HuaHin. We’ll be goin again mid Feb,before Phuket.

about 900 baht to and fro. It’s a bit far out so the taxi driver will wait for you there. It’s more worth it to go for day trip in that direction, where the driver will bring you to a few places , and it should be around 1200 baht – 1500 baht for the whole day…

Hi Miko. Either go by taxi (around RM 250), or take mini van from victory monument station 🙂

Hi.. Good day… I would like to travel to Bangkok first and stay for 2 days, 3rd day will be going to Hua Hin and then 4th day to Santorini park.

Would like to know if there is any nice hotel available at Hua Hin? I would like to stay there for 3rd and 4th day. 5th day will head back to Bangkok.

From Hua Hin to BKK or BKK to Hua Hin will be 3 hours right if I hire a van/ taxi driver?

I would like to know if there are any taxi service to take me to Santorini Park from Cha-am Train station. The minibus that takes me from victory monument would drop me off at Cha-am Train station right? Then I would need transport to go from Cha-am Train station to Santorini Park, and I’ve got 8 guests. What do you suggest?

    1. KJ @ Post author

Hi Adrian. I haven’t taken the mini bus to Cha Am before so I am not sure where the bus would drop you off at Cha Am. Maybe you can get to your hotel first, drop all your luggages there and get to Santorini Park ?

hello there, can I ask how much did you spend on the transport from Hua Hin to the Santorini Park?
Was thinking to take a taxi from my hotel @ Hua hin (Stonehead hotel) to the park on a weekday morning. 🙂
Hope to hear from you soon!

    Thank you!

Hi Jocelyn. We hired the taxi for the day. I think it was about 1200 baht- 1500 baht for the day, going to the park and a few places. If you want to go to just the park, they will ask for 800 baht – I tried because I had one afternoon when I thought I would just go to the park and come back. So I think it’s more worth it if you plan for a day to go to the park along with other places 🙂

hello there again, just saw the reply. 🙂
        thank you so much! 🙂
when u mention u hire the taxi for a day, do you just grab any taxi on the road or you have some contacts? 🙂
sorry to disturb you with such questions cos hua hin is really pretty new to many of us and is hard to get such info. 🙁 thanks again!

hello, next month i’m coming santorini park on way to come huahin. we have a luggage come with so we wonder that there have a place to keep our luggage ?

    1. KJ @ Post author

Hi Kristen. I didn’t see any dedicated areas to leave your luggage. If you don’t have anything important in the luggage, I think you can purchase a souvenir (a handbag, a cup, or something) at one of the shops, and ask if you can keep your luggage there 🙂

I will be in Hua Hin for 3 days in Dec. I have a group of 19 people travelling with me. Is it convenient to just get taxi from there to the attraction places and can you recommend me which place is a must to visit.
