Babi Guling Pak Dobiel @ Bali, Indonesia

When you are in Bali, Babi Guling is the one food that you absolutely must try.  You can’t leave Bali without trying because it’s pretty much equivalent to visiting Penang and not eating char koay teow.  The ubiquitous babi guling, or roast suckling pig, is commonly found in small stalls known as “warung”.  The most famous one would be Ibu Oka in Ubud, popularised by Anthony Bourdain when he did a TV show on it.
